Administration and Finance

Ekumen is looking for a proactive and flexible profile to manage the full spectrum of the administrative, accounting and payroll affairs from a financial standpoint.

You will contribute with the company by processing the expenditure ensuring up-to-date financial information is captured while contributing to the HR operations and benefits administration execution.

About you:

  • Background in administration, accounting, finance or foreign trade.
  • Demonstrable experience in project planning and execution.
  • Feel comfortable multitasking and operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative and solution oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and works well with others in a diverse environment.

It'd be nice if you count with:

  • 4+ years' related experience.
  • Knowledge in general accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Ability to operate strategically as part of the team providing relevant information and analysis in detail where appropriate.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with SAP/Tango or other integrated financial systems (not mandatory).
  • Fluency in English.
