Administration and Finance
Ekumen is looking for a proactive and flexible profile to manage the full spectrum of the administrative, accounting and payroll affairs from a financial standpoint.
You will contribute with the company by processing the expenditure ensuring up-to-date financial information is captured while contributing to the HR operations and benefits administration execution.

- Background in administration, accounting, finance or foreign trade.
- Demonstrable experience in project planning and execution.
- Feel comfortable multitasking and operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative and solution oriented mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and works well with others in a diverse environment.
It'd be nice if you count with:
- 4+ years' related experience.
- Knowledge in general accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Ability to operate strategically as part of the team providing relevant information and analysis in detail where appropriate.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with SAP/Tango or other integrated financial systems (not mandatory).
- Fluency in English.
