Our story: from vision to reality
Ekumen was founded by Julian Cerruti, Guillermo Manzato, and Patricio Reyna Almandos, who shared a vision of advancing technology through robotics.
Their journey began after their tenure at IBM Research, where they had developed top-tier software for cutting-edge research projects. A pivotal moment for Ekumen came when they collaborated with Willow Garage, the renowned robotics innovation lab that created the Robot Operating System (ROS).
